Organisations can improve their competitiveness by management improvement, optimising the effectiveness and efficiency of their processes. In this meeting, our Technical Director showed the main tools that any company could use to optimise their own management, products and/or increase their market share.
Practical examples of our own advanced management were shared (tangible examples, templates and links) and tools for companies to be role models in management and innovation and manage their clients successfully. As an example of these tools, these stand out: Strategic Surveillance, Strategic Planning, management of the Context of the Organisation and the interest groups, Ecodesign or the environmental design of products, the Active Communication, the Commercial Marketing, etc.
The Advanced Management Model was used as reference; it has been successfully used by many companies in the Basque Country and for which A&B Laboratorios de Biotecnología obtained the Silver-A award in 2016.
