CONAMA 2020 Ecodesign Competition
On the 1st of June, the 3rd edition of the CONAMA Ecodesign Competition took place, in which we were finalists with our Ecosolvents and where we defended our candidacy for the award against the other candidate companies and in front of a jury made up of different experts, who finally awarded the prize to Arpe Barcelona and its sustainable face masks.
The competition was part of the 15th edition of the National Environmental Congress (CONAMA), which finally took place from 31 May to 3 June, after having been postponed several times due to the Coronavirus, under the slogan “The recovery we want”.
The congress brought together the environmental sector to propose transformative strategies that favour an ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION to protect people and the environment, as well as an innovative ECONOMIC MODEL that responds to the emergence of CLIMATE CHANGE.
IFEMA Madrid’s North Convention Centre hosted several stands and working sessions on energy and climate change, mobility, biodiversity, economy and society, urban renewal, environmental quality and health, water, rural development, and waste, as well as the aforementioned Ecodesign Competition.
