A&B maintains its faithful commitment to young people
The end of the year also marks the conclusion of the apprenticeship period for Isabel, a young university student full of enthusiasm who carried out her labour risks prevention Internship at our company during the second half of last year.
For yet another year, faithful to our social commitment and through the “Reactivate 360” program from the Foundation: “Fundación Novia Salcedo”, we have facilitated the proximity of the employment sector to this student whom we have welcomed into our family and the time has come to allow her to fly.
This action has not only contributed to improving Isabel’s experience and knowledge, but also contributes to SDG4 (improved access to employment) by facilitating the acquisition of new skills and the training of young university students.
For this reason for several months, we have shared our organization and experience with Isabel who in addition to her training in Chemical Sciences now has first-hand experience in the company where she developed integration tasks with the Safety and Health in the Work Site. System under ISO 45.001 jointly with the rest of our current Management systems already certified in the Quality, Environment, Eco-Design and Innovation areas.
Isa, as we call her at A&B, has done an excellent job in which she adapted procedures, prepared presentations and safety instructions, which have likewise improved her communication, team work, planning and goal orientation skills.
In addition to the good job that she has performed, we have fond memories of her friendly attitude, her warm smile and good sense of humor but the time has come to say farewell; and she knows that she can count on us if she needs us. For our part, we will follow her achievements closely.
